Additional thoughts

Mr. Webb sent some thoughts about the project:


  1. Are the course objectives measurable and clearly stated, particularly in the syllabus?
  2. Are the lesson objectives measurable and clearly stated for each lesson, and do they meet the course objectives?
  3. Does each lesson have an introduction that gives an overview of what students should expect from that lesson?
  4. Does the lecture content bridge the comprehension gap left after students have finished their reading assignments and reviewed the Internet resources for each lesson?
  5. Have study guides and other tools been created that students can use to reinforce what they learn from each lesson?
  6. Do the assessments, such as quizzes, measure students’ performance and provide automatic feedback?
  7. Are the course materials modular so that students can easily navigate through the course?
  8. Is the course design aesthetically pleasing?
